Gifts of Support

Your donations immediately benefit our students and program. All gifts are fully tax deductible.

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Credit card gifts can be made using our secure online form or by calling the Development Office. Please make checks and money orders payable to Plymouth Meeting Friends School and mail them to:

Recurring Support

Pre-authorized credit card transactions sustain participation. These recurring gifts can be limited to a specific time or can be open-ended. We will send you a single calendar year acknowledgment as well as yearly reminders. Please contact us to start. If you set this up independently with your credit card company, please let us know so that we can properly thank you for your gifts!

Corporate Matching Gifts

Many companies will match gifts to non-profit organizations. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to double or even triple your gift. To participate, contact your company’s human resources office.

Gifts of Securities

Gifts of securities are a tax-wise way to support PMFS. If you give stocks or mutual funds that you have held more than one year to Plymouth, you will avoid recognition of capital gains and receive a federal income tax deduction for the fair market value of the securities.

Tax Credit Programs for Businesses

Are you a business owner? The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offers a unique opportunity for businesses in the state to reduce their tax liability by contributing to organizations like PMFS. Gifts can generate a tax credit up to 90% of the contribution. You can contribute to our need-based financial aid program and receive substantial tax credits through the Pennsylvania Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC). Learn more here.

Friends Education Equity Collaborative

Individuals who qualify can now participate in the EITC and the OSTC programs through the Friends Education Equity Collaborative (FEEC) and receive tax credits up to 90% of their individual Pennsylvania tax burden. PMFS joins many other Friends schools in this program, which increases access to a Friends education. Read more here, orĀ Contact Ralph Henninger to learn more about any of these options.
