    Plymouth Meeting Friends School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our Pre-Kindergarten class. In collaboration with the Lead Teacher, the Pre-K Assistant Teacher supports and engages in the creation and execution of the preschool program grounded in play with academic intention. They have experience and comfort with social-emotional community-building strategies and techniques, as well as with supporting preschool-aged children in using tools for effective communication and conflict resolution.

The Lead Teacher works directly with 3 and 4 year old students to deliver a highly interactive, play-based program. Responsibilities include planning and implementing an active, integrated curriculum, and collaborating with the Assistant Teacher and PMFS colleagues in a creative, dynamic, values-based learning community.
