Looking Forward to 2021

When discussing their hopes for 2021, 5th and 6th graders shared a lots of strong ideas. Many reflected on the current pandemic, hoping for COVID to end, that they won’t need to wear masks any more, that they can get the vaccine, and that there won’t be any more virtual school. Some shared personal goals, including “that I’ll get better at art” and “I hope to be the best I can be.” And others shared hopes for a better world: “that we get a better president” and “that we don’t discriminate, by race and more.”
