Stay for the day to enjoy the following guests and activities:

  • Attractions┬áinclude The Give and Take Jugglers, a Moonbounce, Petting Zoo, and Carnival Games.
  • Refreshments┬áinclude Kona Ice, Pizza, Grilled items, Mexican food and Strawberry shortcake (of course).
  • Opportunity to meet the New Head of School, Brenda C. Crawley, Brenda is a highly engaging and committed educator with over 30 years of independent elementary school experience as a teacher and administrator, Brenda comes to PMFS from serving as Head of Lower School at Sandy Spring Friends School since 2011.

Preceding the public festival is a morning program (starting at 10:00 am) for PMFS families and guests, featuring a performance by each class.

The Strawberry Festival draws current families, alumni (up to 100 each year), friends, Meeting members, and the local community to PMFS for food and fun. The games and activities, food booths, used books and DVD sale, and entertainment are organized by the PTO. The star of the festival is homemade strawberry shortcake. We invite you to come and celebrate with us.
